How It Works

Blended learning, the way adults actually learn

step 1

Theory online

Complete the knowledge portion at your own pace, on any device, before your class date.

Step 2

Skills in person

Practise CPR, AED, bandaging and scenarios with an instructor — hands-on from the first hour.

step 3

Certification

Demonstrate your skills and receive your certification. That’s it — no full days in a lecture chair.

Corporate & On-Site Training

First aid & CPR training at your workplace

Your team completes the online theory in advance, and our instructor comes to your workplace for the hands-on practical session — no lost travel time, no sending staff across the city.

Who We Train

Training for your role and your requirements

Scheduled classes run at professional training venues throughout the region, and on-site training is available at your workplace. Training locations vary by course date.

Nursing Students

Nursing programs move fast — and certification requirements arrive early. Colleges and universities typically require current first aid and CPR/AED certification before you set foot on a placement site, and the required level varies by program.

PSWs

PSWs work where emergencies happen — clients’ homes, long-term care, retirement residences and community settings. PSW program admission and employment typically require current first aid and CPR/AED certification, and employers often specify the level.

Healthcare Students

From paramedic-pathway and dental programs to kinesiology, pharmacy and community services, healthcare-adjacent programs across Ontario ask students to hold current first aid and CPR certification — often before the first placement.

ECE & Childcare

When your classroom is full of toddlers, first aid isn’t abstract. ECE programs, childcare centres and home daycare operators need current first aid and CPR/AED certification — with content that covers the ages they actually care for.

Teachers & School Staff

Teachers & School Staff Teachers, educational assistants and school staff are the adults in the room when a child is hurt on the playground, chokes at lunch or has a medical emergency in class. Boards, schools and unions differ in what certification they require or reimburse — so confirm with your school or board before booking.

Security Professionals

Security professionals are often the first person on scene when something goes wrong — at a condo concierge desk, a retail floor, an event or an industrial site. Employers across Ontario commonly expect guards to hold current first aid and CPR certification, and many site contracts specify it.

Professional Pathway

Become a first aid & CPR instructor
