First Aid Responder respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This is a practical starter policy written in plain language. It is not legal advice; specific marked items are finalized as business practices are confirmed and reviewed.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us through forms — name, email, phone number, city and the content of your message
  • Course and group-training inquiry details — organization, number of learners, preferred dates and training needs
  • Consent records — whether you agreed to be contacted about your inquiry
  • Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as device and browser type), used only to keep the site working and secure

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry or prepare a training quote
  • To register you for courses and manage your booking, when you ask us to
  • To notify you about course dates you asked to hear about
  • To meet legal, tax and certification record-keeping obligations

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, form processing and certification administration), and only as needed for those purposes.

Marketing messages and consent

  • We follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send electronic messages related to an inquiry you made, or where you have given express consent. Every optional marketing message includes a working unsubscribe option.

Retention and security
